Data Deletion Instructions
How to delete the data HK Infoway WhatsApp Business Console holds about you.
Option 1 — Remove the app from Facebook
- Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find HK Infoway WhatsApp Business Console in the list.
- Choose Remove, and tick the option to delete the posts and data associated with the app.
Facebook then notifies our deletion callback automatically and we erase the Facebook profile data (name, app-scoped ID and picture URL) we stored for you, usually within minutes. You receive a confirmation code you can check on this page.
Option 2 — Ask us directly
Email support@hkinfoway.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We verify the request and delete within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your administrator account and password hash.
- Facebook profile data received through
public_profile. - Stored Meta access tokens (also revoked at Meta).
- WhatsApp message history and business account details held in this console.
Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons are retained only for as long as the law requires, and are otherwise de-identified. See our Privacy Policy.
